Job Description:
1. Conducting Daily Marketing Activities that Achieve Department Goals
2. Assists in region-wide coordination of rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf promotions
3. Act as a liaison between corporate and individual properties in rolling out programs and making sure that properties are taking advantage of all opportunities provided through corporate.
4. Maintain, updates, and manages all web sites.
5. Develops brochure and property collateral materials
6. Participates in all property imaging work
7. Reviews and provides analysis on all website and email campaign tracking, for both individual property
sites as well as corporate email campaign results and banyantree.com property reports.
8. Ensures consistent marketing message is communicated in all advertising and collateral efforts.
9. Manages marketing budget throughout year.
10. Provides regular tracking/ROI analysis of promotions and website/email campaigns, using industry averages for ROI calculation and uses this knowledge in future planning.
11. Tracks ROI of all marketing initiatives, including online, direct mail and print advertising.
Qualifications:
Minimal 3 to 5 years in similar position
Excellent communication in English both in verbal and written.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proven track record in an organization of similar standards and in a similar capacity.
