Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Culinary training (verifiable)
- Ability to coordinate and lead F&B and kitchen staff.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and regulations, as well as LQA and Forbes standards.
- Management and control of financial operations for the F&B and kitchen departments.
