Recruit, select, and onboard suitable personnel for the different departments of the company, within the requested time and with the required specifications.
- Update job postings on the various internal and external recruitment platforms.
- Manage the TalentNest system for candidate application and follow-up.
- Carry out recruitment activities, pre-screening, and initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the HR Director and department heads requesting staff.
- Verify employment references.
- Coordinate the administration of TOEIC and medical exams for candidates.
- Maintain control of complete candidate files.
- Prepare recruitment statistical reports, analyzing position turnover.
- Evaluate staff for internal promotions and publish results through communication channels.
- Coordinate special days for the following departments: Finance, Engineering, Stewarding, and Kitchen.
- Participate in Banyan Tree Moments activities according to the calendar.
