Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures that the organization attracts, develops, and retains qualified employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract qualified candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Develop and manage performance management systems and employee evaluations.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR information systems.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Advise department managers on HR policies, procedures, and workforce planning.
