Job Summary
The Learning Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. This role ensures that employees receive effective training that supports organizational goals, improves service standards, and promotes continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training strategies and learning programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify employee development requirements.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation.
- Collaborate with department managers to support employee development and succession planning.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
- Manage the learning budget and training resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and relevant regulations.
