Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop procurement policies, strategies, and procedural documents to ensure compliance and execution.
  2. Review and approve all purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  3. Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers based on price competitiveness, product quality, reputation, and after-sales service to establish long-term supply partnerships.
  4. Lead high-value procurement negotiations with vendors and oversee contract execution to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  5. Conduct market research to provide insights on industry trends, guiding the team to fulfill procurement needs within budget while optimizing cost efficiency.
  6. Explore new supply sources and introduce innovative products to enhance procurement value.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  2. Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in branded hotels.
  3. Proficient in English (written & spoken).
  4. Strong expertise in procurement processes and contract management.
  5. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
