Key Responsibilities:
- Develop procurement policies, strategies, and procedural documents to ensure compliance and execution.
- Review and approve all purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers based on price competitiveness, product quality, reputation, and after-sales service to establish long-term supply partnerships.
- Lead high-value procurement negotiations with vendors and oversee contract execution to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Conduct market research to provide insights on industry trends, guiding the team to fulfill procurement needs within budget while optimizing cost efficiency.
- Explore new supply sources and introduce innovative products to enhance procurement value.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in branded hotels.
- Proficient in English (written & spoken).
- Strong expertise in procurement processes and contract management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
