Job Description:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in line with the hotel’s overall goal on online business for optimal result
- Explore online business opportunity with online partner and channels for all revenue generated department not limited to Rooms
- Monitor and optimize hotel’s online presence and performance across digital platforms and channels including brand website, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), digital advertising, and Meta search, digital travel related platforms, Social Media and other online channels.
- Ensure that hotel presence in all approved online distribution are up to date and in line with the brand standard.
- Oversee or manage the hotel’s website content via CMS to ensure all information are updated and optimized to increase SEO effectiveness.
- On a monthly basis, review hotel’s website traffic analytics to identify trends and opportunities to grow online direct business
- Accountable for channel effectiveness across all digital marketing platforms and media.
- Keep an eye on competitors digital marketing activities and ensure that the hotel’s current online offers are competitive and in parity.
- Develop, execute and monitor tactical campaigns on the hotel’s social media platforms to drive business and fan engagements in accordance with the corporate policy and standard.
- On weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, monitor and manage hotels online brand sentiment using the reputation monitoring tool such as Revinate to identify operational challenges that affect rating and reports them to management for action.
- Participate in the revenue strategy meeting to explore and discuss business opportunity and implement action relevant to the strategy set.
- Maintain close working relationship with the Revenue and distribution team both at Property and Corporate level and to assist and ensure hotel’s online rates are properly presented in all channels.
- Perform other related duties and projected as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience and a Degree in business or marketing
- Possesses experience in hospitality digital marketing including SEO, SEM, Digital Advertising, Meta Search, Mobile Marketing, Social Media Communications and others.
- Is results driven having a good understanding of performance based marketing.
- Possesses experience in distribution and/or Public relations.
- Possesses basic level of knowledge in the hospitality revenue management and distribution business, channels; tools and systems.
- Possesses proficiency level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses visible interest in numbers and systems.
- Possesses high proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Is well-groomed and neat in appearance.
- Possess visible initiative and pro-activeness.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
- Require Indonesian speaking candidates as need to liaise in local language to internal and external business partners
