Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the Chinese restaurant, ensuring service quality and operational standards meet hotel requirements.
  2. Develop and implement service procedures, SOPs, and management systems to continuously enhance guest experience.
  3. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation to improve team professionalism and service mindset.
  4. Monitor cost control, including ingredient procurement, inventory management, and labor cost optimization.
  5. Handle guest complaints and emergencies to uphold the hotel’s brand reputation and customer relationships.
  6. Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute F&B promotions, achieving monthly/annual revenue targets.
  7. Analyze business performance data, prepare operational reports, and propose improvement strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or related field preferred.
  2. 3+ years of Chinese restaurant management experience; luxury hotel or renowned F&B brand background is a plus.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Chinese dining service standards, cost control, and inventory management.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
  5. Excellent customer service mindset and crisis management capabilities.
  6. Proficient in Office software and restaurant management systems.
  7. Fluent Mandarin; basic English communication skills required
