Bartender

The Bartender is to engage in beverage preparation and delivery ensuring that guest satisfaction objectives within the outlet are achieved by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service as per the standards of performance and training provided.

Responsilities

• Executes all mise-en-place duties and responsibilities as directed on time, according to the predetermined standards.
• Good knowledge of the drink list and wine list and to be able to respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintains the outlet in top physical condition by reporting any defects to Engineering or Housekeeping for immediate rectification.
• Liaises with Stewarding and Housekeeping in operational matters to ensure the operation run smoothly.

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of working practices in Food and Beverage Department
• Good interpersonal skill and team-oriented person
• Willing to work on shift rotation
• Able to read and communicate in English
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia
