Job responsibilities
Primary
- Quarterly consolidation of Banyan Group accounts and related financial and management reporting.
- To ensure subsidiaries consistency in reporting and adhering to accounting standards.
- Maintenance of consolidation software and system upgrading or other process improvement projects.
- Ad-hoc projects of Banyan Group.
Secondary
- Associate group quarterly accounts closing.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA)
- Minimum 2 years of consolidation experience or 3 years of audit experience.
- Consolidation software experience such as Tagetik is preferred.
- Able to understand and apply accounting standards best suitable to the business model of the company.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and accounting in relation to group consolidation.
- Exhibit strong work ethic and team work.
- Ability to multi-task.
