Recruit, select, and onboard suitable personnel for the different departments of the company, within the requested time and with the required specifications.

  • Update job postings on the various internal and external recruitment platforms.
  • Manage the TalentNest system for candidate application and follow-up.
  • Carry out recruitment activities, pre-screening, and initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with the HR Director and department heads requesting staff.
  • Verify employment references.
  • Coordinate the administration of TOEIC and medical exams for candidates.
  • Maintain control of complete candidate files.
  • Prepare recruitment statistical reports, analyzing position turnover.
  • Evaluate staff for internal promotions and publish results through communication channels.
  • Coordinate special days for the following departments: Finance, Engineering, Stewarding, and Kitchen.
  • Participate in Banyan Tree Moments activities according to the calendar.
