Duty Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule during the shift.
2. Receive, assign, and follow up on all work orders and repair requests.
3. Handle technical drawings, spare parts records, and inventory management.
4. Troubleshoot, operate, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness.
5. Optimize energy efficiency while maintaining operational safety and service standards, incorporating eco-friendly practices.
6. Supervise major repairs and renovation projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
7. Assist and oversee external contractors to guarantee construction quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Vocational school diploma or higher; 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong foundational knowledge of electromechanical systems.
3. Ability to execute management directives, organize workflow, and ensure smooth Engineering Department operations.
4. Highly responsible, team-oriented, and ethical—prioritizes fairness and avoids personal gain in work decisions.
5. Physically fit and energetic to meet job demands.
