The Engineering Coordinator cum Storekeeper assist in administering the daily operations of the Engineering department by engaging in assigned duties directed by the superior to achieve business goals by ensuring associate satisfaction and objectives of the engineering department are achieved always and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and coordinates the office administration according to property policies and procedures.
  • Handles engineering inquiries and requests and ensures that the requests are passed on to the appropriate departments for appropriate action.
  • Maintains and updates computer records, information in company shared drive, general information for workshop board as directed and/or required.
  • Monitor and manage POMEC (analytical & details) report to ensure its correctness all the time.
  • Reviews and checks all incoming correspondence to ensure completeness of necessary information and submission on time.
  • Monitor all contract maintenance records, certificate of completion and keep records as per the department procedure, follow department filing system.

Requirements

  • Well-organised with excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • 1 or 2 years of working experience in same or similar field in the hotel line
  • Able to read and communicate in English
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skill and problem-solving skill
  • Capable to maintain consistent performances under pressure
  • Must have the right to work in Malaysia
