Job Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales for hotel banquets and conferences by developing and maintaining client relationships to achieve annual sales targets.
  2. Consult with clients to understand their needs and create customized event proposals, coordinating internal resources for flawless execution.
  3. Proactively follow up with potential clients and conduct regular visits to key accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
  4. Support marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel’s banquet and conference brand visibility.
  5. Address client complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  6. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market analyses to support management decisions.
  7. Collaborate with F&B, Front Office, Finance, and other departments to deliver seamless event services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. 3+ years of banquet/conference sales experience in luxury hotels, with strong market knowledge.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-service skills.
  4. Proven ability to develop new business, meet sales goals, and work under pressure.
  5. Proficiency in Office software and hotel management systems.
  6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
  7. Fluent English is a strong advantage.
