Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for hotel banquets and conferences by developing and maintaining client relationships to achieve annual sales targets.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and create customized event proposals, coordinating internal resources for flawless execution.
- Proactively follow up with potential clients and conduct regular visits to key accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance the hotel’s banquet and conference brand visibility.
- Address client complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market analyses to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with F&B, Front Office, Finance, and other departments to deliver seamless event services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of banquet/conference sales experience in luxury hotels, with strong market knowledge.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-service skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business, meet sales goals, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Office software and hotel management systems.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player.
- Fluent English is a strong advantage.
