The Executive Secretary supports the General Manager with the organisation of timely schedule and maintaining efficient daily administrative activities.
Responsibilities

  • Routes all incoming and outgoing communications as well as correspondences related to the general administration. Handles day-to-day correspondences on behalf of the General Manager where applicable.
  • Prepares minutes, reports, letters, memorandums, email ete as assigned by the General Manager whilst ensuring the highest of confidentiality at all times.
  • Coordinates and monitors all appointments, meetings, and trainings to ensure that schedules are logged, traced and updated whilst keeping all concerned reminded.
  • Handles all guest and internal customer feedback and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner with constant follow-up to ensure satisfactory outcome. Manages and handles feedback and reviews received through various platforms available.
  • Works closely with other leaders and associates in a collaborative manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests

Requirements

  • College diploma or above
  • strong organisational and administrative skills with high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent knowledge and hands on competence in word processor, spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Strong English language proficiency with good interpersonal skillf
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar capacity preferably in hotel environment
  • Must have the right to work in Malaysia
