Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing information and assistance throughout the guest’s stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Follow all safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
