Requirements
- Fluency in English y Español.
- Solid knowledge of the position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Ability to coordinate, motivate, and lead staff.
- Ensure effective staff selection and recruitment systems.
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor, tax, Social Security, and Infonavit regulations.
- Coordinate procedures with the IMSS, STPS, INM, and other related institutions.
