The Human Capital and Learning Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human Capital and organizational learning within the company. This role combines strategic HC leadership with the development and implementation of learning programs to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Human Capital Management
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Develop and implement HC policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
2. Learning & Development
- Design and execute learning strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct training needs analysis across departments
- Develop and manage training programs, including e-learning
- Collaborate with external training providers and manage L&D budgets
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning initiatives and adjust as needed
- Coach and develop HC team members and other staff
3. Strategic HC Leadership
- Act as a business partner to senior leadership
- Align HC and L&D initiatives with organizational strategy
- Use data analytics to inform HC decisions and workforce planning
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
