Human Capital Manager is responsible to overseeing the strategic management of the organisation’s workforce. This role focuses on maximising associates’ performance, supporting organisational growth and fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a fully functioning Human Capital Department including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, industrial relations, performance management, wellbeing and compliance.
- Implement policies and programmes that contribute to the overall business objectives, while also ensuring compliance with the local laws and regulations, as well as the corporate directive by being a strategic business partner.
- Stay up-to-date with Human Capital trends, best practices, and legislation changes that may impact the organisation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for associate inquiries and concerns, cultivating an environment of trust and encourage open communication.
Requirements
- Candidate must posses a tertiary education in any related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Capital Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and align human capital initiatives with organisational goals
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and human capital best practices
- Must have the right to work in Malaysia
