Job Description:
•Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
•Discover new business prospects and form strategic alliances to expand the company’s market reach.
•Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with broader business strategies.
•Improve revenue performance by targeting high-potential clients and negotiating competitive contracts.
•Analyze industry developments and customer behaviors to enhance sales strategies and maximize profits.
•Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance the hotel’s visibility and market reach.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
•At least 5–8 years of experience in sales leadership within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals.
•Strong network in Singapore’s corporate, leisure, and MICE sectors.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
