Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years in quality, guest experience, or service roles within luxury or boutique hospitality.
- Proven experience in implementing standards, audits, and certification programs.
- Pre-opening or brand repositioning experience is a plus.
Knowledge:
- Guest satisfaction measurement systems (NPS, TrustYou, ReviewPro, or similar).
- Luxury hospitality standards (LQA, Forbes, etc.).
- Continuous improvement methodologies.
- KPI analysis and performance management.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
