Quality Manager

Ensure the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality and service standards, delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with the boutique luxury concept and the property’s historical essence.


Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years in quality, guest experience, or service roles within luxury or boutique hospitality.
  • Proven experience in implementing standards, audits, and certification programs.
  • Pre-opening or brand repositioning experience is a plus.

Knowledge:

  • Guest satisfaction measurement systems (NPS, TrustYou, ReviewPro, or similar).
  • Luxury hospitality standards (LQA, Forbes, etc.).
  • Continuous improvement methodologies.
  • KPI analysis and performance management.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
