Job Scopes:

To sell the right room to the right customer at the right moment for the right price.

  1. Drives the achievement of maximum room rate, yield and conversions.
  2. Demonstrates an in depth knowledge and understanding of hotel systems to ensure appropriate capture of data for client information, events, forecasts and results.
  3. Manages BTHR revenue systems in order to monitor occupancy, managing overbooking, tracking of promotional offers, denials, rate and inventory control by tracking booking statistics and maintaining pace reports.
  4. Analyses captured data in noting hospitality trends, local, regional & international economic factors, web/technological shifts in marketing and sales by competitive set properties.
  5. Maintains, updates and shares information in the areas of a master calendar of external events, competitor rate intelligence, RevPar penetration (RGI), arrival and spending patterns of commercial accounts, denial reports, system contribution and trends in rooms’ revenues by channel and segment.
  6. Monitors competitor pricing (The Bench, where applicable) for all revenue generating departments, understands the dynamic of the local market and the demand generators, and recommends appropriate actions in relation to the hotel’s pricing and market mix strategy.

Position Requirements

* Minimum 2 years experiences as same position

* Bachelor of Master Degree or full professional qualification

* Possesses an advance proficiency in MS Excel

* Strong analytical skills

* Excellent Revenue Management experience

* Be able to articulate recommendations to improve situations

* Good English Language skills

* Strong organisational skills

* Ability to work under pressure
