OPERATIONAL

  1. Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall upkeep of all spa areas at all times.
  2. Review the daily booking schedule and update any changes through the reception or system.
  3. Check the next day’s appointments at the end of each day and make the necessary preparations.
  4. Provide body massages, beauty treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, and hair care to guests.
  5. Verify treatment details on the spa card and follow guest preferences or special instructions carefully.
  6. Replace soiled linen with fresh linen in the pavilion and treatment rooms.
  7. Ensure all fresh materials for treatments are prepared in the General Store or preparation room.
  8. Ensure all guests and visitors leave the spa satisfied with a pleasant overall experience.
  9. Prepare all required products for treatments according to standards.
  10. Ensure all product preparation is handled hygienically and according to established recipes.
  11. Ensure the last shift completes closing procedures properly and that all doors are secured.
  12. Follow and comply with the spa and hotel’s policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  13. Ensure proper handling and documentation of lost and found items.

QUALITY OF SERVICES

  1. Ensure all treatment procedures are performed according to established standards.
  2. Complete treatments within the allocated time.
  3. Maintain the spa’s service quality and ensure consistent delivery.
  4. Ensure all treatment supplies and equipment are well-maintained and prepared before guest arrival.
  5. Ensure all linens and ceramics are clean and in good condition before use.
  6. Maintain a professional image and provide a pleasant, positive experience to all guests.
  7. Ensure all amenities (oil bottles, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion) are refilled regularly and kept fresh.
  8. Greet guests by name whenever possible, following the spa’s service standards.
  9. Ensure guests remain comfortable throughout their treatment by monitoring room temperature, lighting, sun-heat, and music levels.
  10. Ensure all guest comments or concerns are communicated to the Supervisor or Spa & Gallery Manager promptly.
