Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of spa and wellness professionals to deliver exceptional and personalized services.
- Develop and implement innovative spa and wellness programs that align with our sustainability and eco-friendly ethos.
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and service quality assurance.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate wellness into the overall guest experience.
- Ensure the spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in spa and wellness.
- Promote and integrate local Balinese healing traditions and wellness practices into the spa offerings.
- Manage the financial performance of the spa, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue generation.
- Analyze business metrics to improve service offerings, optimize costs, and drive profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or wellness industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Deep appreciation for nature and sustainability.
- Strong understanding of holistic wellness practices, spa therapies, and plant-based wellness.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience in financial management and strategic planning.
- Relevant certifications in spa and wellness management are highly desirable.
